The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.32 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S. 2023, Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act & Section 30 of Arms Act, Police Station- Gauri Bazar, District- Deoria, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. This is a case which involves no injury and despite this, the applicant has been charge-sheeted for an offence of attempting to commit murder. The applicant has a criminal history of two cases and in one case being Case Crime No.393 of 2019, under Sections 32
