The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 320 of 2025, under Sections 204, 205, 318, 319, 336(2), 338, 339, 3(5) BNS and Sections 66C and 66D of IT Act and Section 3/4 of Emblems and Names (EMB) Act, 1950, registered at Police Station Phase 3, District G.B. Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 10.8.2025.
