The instant bail application has been nominated to this Bench by Hon’ble the Chief Justice vide dated 09.04.2026. 2. At the very outset, Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned brief holder apprised the Court that on 19.03.2026 notice has been served to the informant. Despite service of notice none appeared on behalf of the informant even in the revised call. 3. Heard Sri Vijay Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned brief holder for the State. 4. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.13 of 2026, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) BNS and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Rasulpur, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is innocent and on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter
