Vide order dated 18.8.2025 but His Lordship has released the matter and this Court is dealing such matters as per the current roster, therefore the instant second bail application is placed before this Bench. 2. Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Shishodia, learned counsel for the applicant; Sri Aditya Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Ghanshyam Mishra, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 55 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 115(2) BNS and section 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahar, during pendency of the trial in the court below.
