The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1222 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 119(1), 119(2), 351(3) BNS, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation when statements of two injured persons were recorded then they very casually disclosed the name of applicant along with others. 4.
