Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Dushyant Singh, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Ram Kumar Verma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.941 of 2025, under Section- 103(1) of BNS, Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District-Bulandshahr, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant was not named in the FIR wherein the allegation has been made that some person has committed the murder of mother of the first informant. It is further submitted that no allegation was made by the first informant in his first statement but after 2/3 days of the incident, first informant in his second statement expressed doubt over the applicant
