Heard Sri Bhanu Prakash Verma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vinay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the first informant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.701 of 2025, under Sections-191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 103(1), 115(2), 352 of BNS, Police Station-Jait, District- Mathura, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that from the perusal of the FIR as well as statement of the injured, specific allegation of causing firearm injury to the deceased Radhkrishnan has been assigned to Yogesh and Rahul. It is further submitted that the postmortem report of the deceased, Radhakrishnan shows that he received only one firearm injury that has been assigned to Yogesh and Rahul
