The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.321 of 2024, under Sections 392 and 34 IPC, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, as per allegation applicant along with co-accused Musse committed robbery and snatched the golden chain of the informant but entire allegations made against him are false. 4. He further submits that even admittedly alleged recovered looted golden chain was recovered from the possession of co-accused Musse and it was not recovered from the possession of applicant. 5.
