The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 411 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 118(2) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Vindhyachal, District- Mirzapur, during the pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. The victim is the daughter-in-law of the applicant. The incident is said to be of 15.11.2025 and the First Information Report (FIR) was lodged on 26.11.2025.
