It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is Reader in the office of Consolidation Officer and it is alleged that a sum of Rs.15,000/- was demanded and the trap team has caught the applicant raid handed. It is submitted that recovery memo and documents have not been prepared at the spot. The applicant has no previous criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 6.11.2025 and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial. 4.
