Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Ravi Shankar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ghanshyam Mishra, learned brief holder for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.261 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Ughaiti, District Budaun, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of two cases of theft shown in the gang chart applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He next submits, applicant never indulged in any anti-social activities and he is neither member of any gang nor is leader of any gang. He further argued, actually local police is highly inimical with the applicant and used to implicate the applicant in cases of theft therefore applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 5.
