Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Shri Mohit Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri B.P.Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.04 of 2026, under Sections 127(2), 140(4) and Section 7/8 Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, registered at Police Station Hajratnagar Garhi, District Sambhal, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged against unknown and during inves
