Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Ravi Sahu, advocate holding brief of Sri Virendra Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.04 of 2026, under Sections 2/3 UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kavinagar, District Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is innocent and on the basis of six cases shown in the gang chart he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He next submits, applicant never indulged in any anti-social activities and he is neither member of any gang nor is leader of any gang. He further argued, actually local police is highly inimical with the applicant and therefore during investigation he used to implicate the applicant in cases of theft
