The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.01 of 2025, under Sections 3(1) of UP Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Swaroop Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is journalist and on the basis of four cases shown in the gang chart he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He next submits, actually applicant used to raise his voice against police atrocity therefore police is highly inimical with the applicant and earlier also inasmuch as 18 cases he has been accused and his entire criminal history has been explained and out of 18 cases in 5 cases final report has been
