Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Ms. Priya Chand, advocate holding brief of Sri Nanhe Lal Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.575 of 2025, under Section 109 of BNS and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however as per allegation applicant alongwith another opened fire upon the police personnel but admittedly none of the police personnel sustained any injury and therefore it is a no injury case. 4. He next submits, actually local police is highly inimical with the applicant and only due to previous enmity applicant applicant has been made accused in the present matter.
