Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashutosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the first informant and Sri Alok Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.741 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1), 117(2), 191(3), 118(1), 103(1), 190 BNS and Section 7 C.L.A. Act, Police Station-Kotwali Padarauna, District-Kushinagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that as per the prosecution story, the applicant along with other 11 co-accused came to the institution of the first informant and started beating the family members of the first informant as well as students of the school in which one Chote died and 8 persons also received injuries.
