The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.231 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Bahsuma, District- Meerut. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. In the gang chart, only single case has been shown against the applicant. The Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that the applicant has a criminal history of nine cases and the applicant is on bail in all the cases including the base case mentioned in the gang chart.
