Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.309 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 70(2), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 5(g)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Shikarpur, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused Monu Kumar are stated to have forcibly taken the daughter of the informant on a motorcycle bearing No.UP 13CK 2226 to Aligarh, Sikandrabad Highway, Khurja Bypass, to an OYO hotel, where the co-accused Monu Kumar is stated to have taken a room and committed rape with her on 11.08.20
