Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is working on the post of Urdu Translator and it is alleged that for deciding the claim of the complainant an amount of Rs.5,000/- was demanded by the applicant from the complainant. The complainant made a complaint and a trap team was constituted and the trap team has recovered Rs.5,000/- from the applicant. The applicant has no criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 31.10.2025 and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial. 4.
