The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0028 of 2026, under Sections 3(1), 2(b) (xvii) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Phoolpur, District Azamgarh, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of solitary case shown in the gang chart applicant has been made accused in the present matter. He further submits, applicant is neither member nor leader of any gang and he never indulged in any anti-social activity. 4. He further submits, however apart from the present case and solitary case shown in the gang chart, applicant is having criminal history of eleven other cases but his entire criminal history has been duly explained and in a
