Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 3. This bail application has been moved on behalf of applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 586 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) B.N.S., P.S. Kotwali, District Bareilly, during trial. 4. In brief, as per allegations contained in the first information report, three named accused, including the applicant and 3-4 unknown persons have caused injury by kicks and fists and sharp edged weapon.
