Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.20 of 2026, under Sections 137(2), 64(2)(i) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Syed Raza, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party, as she had travelled with the applicant to several places by different modes of transportation and did not raise any alarm during th
