The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, who is involved in FIR/Case Crime No.0309 of 2025, under Sections 8/21/29/60 of N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Safdarganj, District- Barabanki. 3. As per the prosecution case, the contraband substance i.e., 1.555 kg of morphine is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicant along with co-accused persons. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that 509 grams of morphine is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant, which was kept in a white colour transparent polythene.
