The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.644 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 and 115(2) BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Etah during pendency of the trial. 4.
