Instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 541/2025 under section- 191(2), 109, 117(2), 131, 351(2), 103(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S. Station- Sahjanwa, District- Gorakhpur. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that in the FIR general allegation has been made against all the accused persons. However in the statement of injured, specific allegation has been made that the applicant and co-accused Ranjeet have hit the deceased Rajat with hard and blunt object which resulted in his death.
