Singh, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) BNS, Police Station Tindwari, District Banda during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation, applicant along with three others including co-accused Babloo @ Balbeer and Ashish caused injury to the injured through wooden stick due to which he sustained injuries but entire allegation leveled against applicant is totally false. 4. He further submits, even considering the entire facts of the case, the co- ordinate Benc
