Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0385 of 2025, under Sections 65(1), 351(3) BNS and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station Kandhrapur, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. The victim is stated to have been abducted by the applicant in a car and was taken to adjoining agricultural field and raped upon there in the night of 15.12.2025 at about 11.00 pm. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. FIR
