The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 415 of 2025, Under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, registered at Police Station Junawayi, District Sambhal, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that co-accused Bhagwan Das and Totaram have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 30.03.2026 and 18.03.2026 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application
