The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 379 of 2025, under section - 103(1), 238, 3(5) BNS-2023 and 4/25 Arms. Act., Police Station - Sadabad, District - Hathras, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein an allegation has been made that some unknown person has committed the murder of the niece of the first informant, namely Tamanna, and her dead body was found near village Bahardoi.
