The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 33 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Pinahat, District Agra during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant and first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed by Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J vide order dated 23.09.2025 but as His Lordship has been transferred from this Court and this Bench is dealing with such matters, therefore, instant second bail application is listed today before this Bench. 5.
