The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.35 of 2026, under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Jhansi, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant alongwith two others have been made accused in the present matter and as per allegation from the individual possession of the applicant 16.64 kg ganja was recovered which is below commercial quantity. 4. He next submits, alongwith the applicant co-accused Mahendra Yadav was also arrested and from his possession 14.60 kg ganja was recovered and he has been released on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.03.2026 passed in Criminal Misc.
