The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Sessions Trial No. 596 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No. 739 of 2022, under Sections 304, 323, 504, 279 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Budaun during the pendency of trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. After investigation, the applicant was not charge-sheeted.
