Heard Shri Atul Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant; learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material on record. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on 3.6.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible as per section 309 Cr.P.C./ 346 B.N.S.S. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the BAIL No. 8509 of 2026 2 trial court three prosecution witnesses have been examined..In the charge sheet there are 30 witnesses named by the investigating officer.He has pointed out to the order-sheet of the trial court brought on record alongwith supplementary affidavit and has submitted that for the last six months prosecution witnesses were summoned repeatedly. The statemen
