The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 1016 of 2025, under Sections- 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali City, District- Bijnor, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
