The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.308 of 2025, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Chhibramau, District- Kannauj. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Solitary case has been shown in the gang chart against the applicant and in the said case, applicant is on bail. The applicant has not been convicted in any offence. The applicant has criminal history of two other cases and the applicant is on bail in both the cases. 4.
