The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Urmila, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 197 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 302, 352, 504, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Sardhana, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 09.1.2025, directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible
