Heard Sri Chandra Shekhar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA, for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.123 of 2019, S.T.No.875 of 2025, under Sections 498A and 304B IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Pannuganj, District Sonbhadra during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant is the husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further submits that marriage of the applicant was solemnized on 7.4.2019 but on 5.6.2019 he went to Kuwait for his livelihood and after his departure deceased went to her paternal home and started living there an
