The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 251 of 2025, under Sections-318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, Police Station-Kalyanpur, District-Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. This matter was heard on 12.03.2026. On that date, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that though the I.O. has taken the mobile of the applicant but nothing incriminating was found therein. It is further submitted that there is no incriminating material showing that applicant was involved in preparation of forged invoices to claim input tax credit on the basis of forged GST bill.
