Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 250 of 2024, under Section 103(1) Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita (B.N.S., 2023) Police Station-Puramufti District Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that, as per the prosecution story, an FIR was lodged on 21.12.2024, wherein an allegation has been made that the applicant, along with the co-accused, has strangulated the deceased Arun Kumar over a petty dispute. Subsequently, the police also recovered the ‘ghamcha’ of the deceased as well as of co-accused Uday from the spot. In the FIR, it was also mentioned that Deva and Ami
