Heard Sri Quasim Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2026 under Sections 109(1) BNS and Section 3/25/28 Arms Act, Police Station-Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffarnagar during the pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant although stated to have fired on the police party, however, no one has received any injuries. The applicant has been falsely implicated in some previous cases. However, the applicant is on bail in all the cases and in one case, being Case Crime 252 of 2025 under Section 2/3 of the Gangsters Act, the applicant's bai
