Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Heard Sri Yadvesh Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Imran Khan, learned AGA, for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.26 of 2026, under Sections 8/20/60 NDPS Act, Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, as per allegation from the possession of the applicant 17.80 Kg ganja was recovered but entire allegations made against the applicant are totally false and actually nothing incriminating was recovered from his possession. 4. He further submits that even alleged recovered contraband does not involve commercial quantity and therefore, stringent provisions of Section 37 NDPS Act are not applicable in the present matter. 5.
