By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 534 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 238(A) B.N.S {old Sections 363, 302, 201 I.P.C, (now repealed)}, Police Station Maurawan, District- Unnao is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. 3. As per the FIR dated 11.09.2025, lodged under Section 137(2) of the BNS, 2023 (old Section 363 IPC, now repealed), it has been alleged that on 01.09.2025, the 15-year-old daughter of the informant had gone missing from her house at about 10:00 p.m. Despite best efforts, she could not be traced. 4.
