The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 936 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 3(5), 352 B.N.S. and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is a case of firing on the police party in which co-accused Abdul Mateen and Tanjeem received firearm injury. In the alleged incident, no police personnel has received any injury. Vague and general allegations have been levelled against the applicant. False recovery of a country made pistol, four live cartridges, Aadhar cards, mobile phone and Rs.2,000/- cas
