The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 234 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 317(2) B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, P.S. Kareili, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. Subsequently, from the joint possession of applicant as well as two co-accused persons, four batteries as well as one e-rickshaw, bearing No. UP 70 PT 1972 were alleged to be recovered, but no audio or video recording was conducted as required under Section 105 B.N.S.S. and there was no witness of the aforesaid recovery.
