This is the third bail application filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 352, 351(3) of BNS and 3, 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station- Gaur, District - Basti, during the pendency of trial. 4. The first and second bail applications of the applicant were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 1.5.2025 & 17.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 4051 of 2025 and 36346 of 2025, respectively. 5. As a new ground, learned counsel for the applicant submits that no injury was found on the victim's vital parts. A land dispute existed between the parties at the time of the alleged incident, rendering it a case of false implication. The applicant
