The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.719 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Lohianagar, District- Meerut. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Two cases have been shown in the gang chart against the applicant and in both cases, the applicant is on bail. The applicant has not been convicted in any offence. He further contends that co-accused Ayaan, Jubair, Junaid @ Munnu and Amir have been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.978 of 2026, 1024 of 2026, 738 of 2026 and 3833 of 2026 vide orders dated 27.01.2026, 16.01.202
