The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 404 of 2025, under Sections- 140(1), 61(2), 103(1), 238(a) of B.N.S., Police Station- Nawabganj, Commissionerate Prayagraj, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant was not named in the FIR, wherein the allegation has been made against the named accused Ram Singh and Udai Yadav on the basis of apprehension and doubt. Subsequently, the name of the applicant surfaced as an accused in the confessional statement of co-accused Vijay Pasi, who is allegedly also involved in the strangulation of the deceased.
