The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.229 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) BNS, Police Station Munderwa, District Basti, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegation, a sale-deed was executed by co-accused Sudama in favour of the informant on 24.11.2024 and earlier with regard to the sale-deed, he gave earnest money of Rs.50,000/- to the applicant and subsequently, informant came to know that a month before on 24.10.2024 Sudama had executed a sale deed in favour of any other person and, therefore, co-accused along with others including applicant duped the informant but entire
