Heard Sri Jitendra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manoj Gautam, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0185 of 2025, under Section 8, 15(c), 25, 29 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Rahra, District Amroha, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 30.11.2025. It is further submitted that 129 quintal and 75 kg of poppy straw is said to have been recovered from a godown and the applicant is said to be the owner of said godown and name of the applicant has surfaced in the confessional statement
