The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 70 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Echotech-3, District Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated and that there is no incriminating material against him. It is further submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR. Subsequently, his name surfaced as an accused in the confessional statement of co-accused Sachin along with Praveen.
